#64 - Pat Millin: Clean living and the Hollywood dream.
https://terriblehappytalks.com/
Patrick Millin is a father, ex-professional surfer, Hollywood stuntman, actor, adventure traveler and model. His core roots are deep in surfing, and skateboarding. He has spent many years of his life travelling the world, chasing heavy barrels with his brother Mike, exploring a diverse range of remote locations such as Norway, Russia, New Foundland, Tonga, Fiji, Tahiti. Nowadays, Pat prioritises time with his daughter and describes everything else as a bonus, however, these “bonuses” he refers to include accolades for his stunt work in Hollywood movies such as Bumblebee, Bad Boys for Life, Beautiful Boy and doubling for James Franco in season 2 of HBO serious The Deuce. Pat’s drive and passion for clean living, health and wellness are part of a bigger journey of self discovery. In this week's episode, Pat is with me from his apartment in LA (West Hollywood) to share his journey, experiences, challenges and hopes for the future.
